• Email address used to send transactional messages (for example, account verification or password reset) and optional product alerts (match alerts, digests, leaderboard updates), subject to your preferences and unsubscribe choices.

Octopus Gary predictions and related content are provided for entertainment and analysis only — not as gambling or financial advice.

• Service providers who help us operate the Service — for example authentication and database hosting (such as Supabase), email delivery, hosting/CDN providers, and analytics where enabled. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual terms.
• Google — when you use Google Sign-In, Google's authentication services process your credentials according to Google's Privacy Policy. We receive the account information Google permits for sign-in.
• Other users — display names, predictions, and leaderboard standings may be visible to other users of the Service as part of the competitive experience.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of Octopus Gary, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies and similar technologies
